The Sleep Cycle Reset Lab was born out of a realization that knowing the science isn't enough; you need practical steps to implement it. While public health campaigns are increasingly recognizing insufficient sleep as a significant health risk, there’s often a lack of actionable guidance for exhausted people. Our team experiments with research-backed insights—from optimal light exposure to meal timing—to find the friction points and develop habits that people can realistically stick to.

Our Story

Our journey didn't start in a sterile clinical laboratory. It started because we were tired. Between family and job stress, anxiety-fueled dreams, and the terrible habit of working on our laptops in bed, we needed a Sleep Cycle Reset as much as anybody.

With our combined experience translating complex scientific data into public health insights, we began diving into sleep physiology and circadian science. Our goal wasn't just to learn about the effects of sleep temperature or stress hormones, but to test how we could work with these biological levers in our normal, messy everyday lives. Through trial, error, and systematic testing, we organized the scientific findings that actually helped us sleep into small, doable action steps.
