  1. Payment and No-Refund Policy

Because Sleep Reset is a digital course containing proprietary information that is immediately accessible and downloadable upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or dispute, regardless of whether you complete the Course or achieve your desired results.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but you will only be charged the price presented to you at the time of checkout.
  • All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not collect or store your full credit card information.
  1. Intellectual Property and Course License

When you purchase Sleep Reset, you are purchasing a single-user, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and view the Course materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You strictly may not:

  • Share your login credentials, course access, or downloaded materials with anyone else.
  • Copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or broadcast any part of the Course (including text, audio, video, or PDFs).

All content, logos, audio tracks (including AI-generated voice content), and course structures are the exclusive intellectual property of Sleep Reset. Violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of your access without a refund and may result in legal action.

When you purchase the Course, you receive access to the materials for the lifetime of the product. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Course itself, as long as we continue to operate the website and offer the Course.
